All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for additional information.
While tickets are non-refundable, if Ice Castles is closed for any reason, including weather-related issues, we will automatically process a full refund of your ticket. These refunds can take up to 7-10 business days after they have been processed to reflect with your credit card processor or bank.
If you can not attend on the day of your scheduled visit, you can exchange your tickets for a different date and/or time. More information on how to exchange tickets can be found here.
Ticket Transfers Between People
Ice Castles tickets are only valid for the original ticket holder and cannot be resold. Only tickets sold through our official Ice Castles website are valid for admission to Ice Castles.
Ticket Transfers Between Seasons
Ice Castles tickets, including priority booking vouchers, are only valid for the season they are purchased. Unused tickets and vouchers cannot be transferred from one season to the next.
Ticket Transfers Between Locations
Ice Castles tickets are only valid for the location they were purchased for. If you accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong location, please contact us here.
