All ticket sales are final. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for additional information. However, if Ice Castles is closed for any reason, including weather related issues, we will process a full refund of your ticket. These refunds can take up to 7-10 business days after they have been processed to reflect with your credit card processor.

We can exchange your tickets for a different date and/or time. More information on how to exchange tickets can be found here.
