Booking Lodging Without Tickets Secured

Due to our operation’s weather dependency, as well as the tendency for Ice Castles tickets to sell out quickly, we do not recommend booking lodging without having purchased a ticket first. However, if you do, we suggest the following:

  • Purchase priority booking vouchers so you have a chance to reserve your party's tickets 48 hours before tickets go on sale to the general public.

  • Book your stay closer to the end of January or beginning of February as we are most reliably open around then.

  • Book your stay for a couple nights so you have a higher chance of finding an available time slot during your visit to the area.

  • Book your stay at a place with a flexible cancelation policy.

Booking Lodging with Tickets Secured

If you have purchased Ice Castles tickets and are looking to book lodging, we still suggest booking your stay at a place with a flexible cancelation policy. While Ice Castles rarely closes, there is an occasional chance that the weather may impede our operations. If Ice Castles closes for any reason, we will automatically process a full refund of Ice Castles tickets, however ticket-holders will be solely responsible for any lodging costs.
